Introducing my lovely 12.2hh cob mare looking for her perfect match! This charming pony is backed but not yet schooled, making her a great project for a confident rider eager to bring out her potential. She can hack alone and in company on a lead rein and shows a genuine love for jumping, making her an outstanding candidate for pony clubs or hunting.  She is available for full loan or can be purchased, whichever is preferable, for the right home.

Originally a rescue, she came to me with no known history and has since thrived living outdoors but is equally comfortable being stabled overnight. She is easy to manage on long reins and lunges well, possessing three lovely paces, albeit still uneducated in formal schooling. This sweet girl enjoys being pampered and will stand quietly for bathing, grooming, and clipping, often relaxing to the point of falling asleep during the process. She loads well and is good for the farrier.

Currently out of work due to not having a rider and myself awaiting surgery, although you can tack up and get on after weeks and she is perfect, she would suit someone with a kind and gentle approach who can help her advance in her training. With her affectionate nature, she will follow you anywhere and is a true sweetheart. While she does suffer from mallenders, this is easily manageable with the right creams and diet, and she’s currently barefoot.

There are indications that she may have been previously broken to drive before her time with the RSPCA, although I haven’t tested her in that regard. She does well with children, remaining unphased by loud noises, but it’s important that her handler maintains a calm demeanour, as she wouldn’t cope well with shouting.

This mare is free of vices; she doesn’t nap and is not nasty in any way. All her dental work, vaccinations, and health checks are up to date.
