14.2, 7 year old Bay Cob gelding
I have owned Boss for over two years and I purchased him to get myself back in the saddle after a riding accident and he has done just that. I have now had my second child and it’s time to let someone else enjoy him who has more time on their hands.
Good to solo hack and hack in company
Good in open spaces
He likes to pop the odd jump and enjoys pole work.
He is more whoah than go.
Good for farrier, vet and dentist.
Bare foot but has also previously had fronts on.
He has loads of feather but has also been full clipped out.
Good to handle on the ground, not your usual bulshy cob.
Good to box and a travel.
Would suit someone wanting a steady ride who mainly hacks/fun rides and occasionally likes to pop in the school for some flat work and jumping.
He is hacked on private farm land and has seen some traffic but this is not something he has been exposed to whilst I have owned him.
Boss is currently living out 24/7 in a small mixed herd, he is the “boss” of the field but once pecking order is established they all get along fine.
I have also had him in individual turnout and stabled over night too.
Experienced kind home wanted for this sweet boy.
