He is wonderful, calm, quiet cob a happy hacker

Lives out 24/7 during the summer. In some nights during the winter.
Lived with one horse for the last 9 years and in a large mixed herd prior to that.
Never had any health issues.

Sonny is excellent to do in all ways:
Stands like a rock for tacking – untied
Stands for clipping and feet trimming -untied
Can be mounted from anything, walls, ladders, trailers, gates etc.
Trailer loads himself.

Hacks alone and in company. Has travelled and hacked out all over the place.

Has had approx 40 hours of lessons in an arena but much prefers to be out and about.

Has attended organised events, farm rides, charity rides and endurance rides. Has attended horsemanship clinics.

This is a genuine, kind and gentle horse who always meets me at his gate with a big whinny.

The kind of home he needs is an adult rider who wants to hack out at the walk and trot with the occasional canter,
He has more whoa than go and because of his size he isn’t fast or whizxy. Someone who wants to enjoy hacking with a calm willing horse would be his prefect match. He has lots of stamina and has done full days with someone in the saddle. During the summer I try to get out 3/4 times per week. Last winter he did nothing for 8 weeks but I jumped back on him like he was ridden yesterday.

He is not bother by tractors, motorbikes, lorries, cyclists or meeting other horses.

Ridden in a Smart Solution dressage saddle. The cost of these new are £3,450 and provides a very secure seat for the rider when hacking.

He comes with saddle, shimmed pad, girth, bridle, halter, reins, bits, hoof boots, turnout rug, cooler rug. I can send full inventory of all of this.
