12 year old 16hh ISH x AKT gelding.

Beautiful paces, movement and correct conformation. Schooling nicely with a scopey jump for potential to event. A balanced confident rider would have a great time competing him.

Koko has current consistent competition record for dressage and working equitation placed in top 3 at BD unaffiliated novice level.

Previous home jumped him, we have jumped lightly to see his scope and he should produce easily do 100cm in time. Currently 70/80cm but jumping wasn’t our focus.

He has breeding to excel in the dressage field including grandsire Giorgione a highly successful Oldenburg stallion sired by the famous Hanoverian Stallion Grundstein who competed in Barcelona Olympic Games with Carl Hester. As well as half brother to Olympic ride Don Geniro sired by Kambarby linked to Solaris sports horses

Hacks alone and in company great with traffic and good in open spaces. Prefers being at the front. Loads lorry’s/trailers, good to catch and farrier. Can live out alone or in company. We have only one other gelding and they are kept at our family home. Currently lives out 24/7 but happy to come in as well. He has also been on holiday livery with our trainer in her busy working yard with a mixed herd.

Koko is always in a snaffle and is light and responsive. We recently participated in working equitation – dressage test/ ease of handling (obstacles on style) speed round on obstacles, despite being new to him he has been quick to learn. He can do gates, bridges, picking up a vara (8ft pole), walk down a sideways pole etc.
He has worn a concours dress without any issue or real training.
Everything up to date teeth/vaccines etc.

Sadly for sale as daughter moved out and now retired I only want to lightly hack. He likes to work and we feel he would suit a competent amateur that wants to advance in dressage or Riding club activities. Lots of videos available and great trial facilities

Open to vet. Never sick or sorry. He’s a lovely boy and I really want to find him the perfect home.
