Dave is a well built, lovely natured horse, he has been xc schooling, on pleasure rides and goes through water and pops a ditch happily. He regularly hacks alone and in company.
He is the nicest person and is up to date with farrier, teeth, vaccinations etc.
Dave will suit someone looking for a lovely hacking partner or a great family horse. Dave loves a varied lifestyle, and is looking for a quieter life enjoying low level riding club and hacking, so if you’re looking for a competition machine he probably isn’t for you.
Will come with a couple of rugs and bridle.
Bought to produce to event but competition life is just not for him. He LOVES hacking and this is the forever home he is now looking for.
Dave had a 9 month break due to my own personal circumstances, where he kept a friend’s horse company and lived his best feral life. I then brought him back into work in April. I literally hopped on him at a new yard , after 2 days of ground work and it was like he never had a break. He has been hacking ever since on his own , new routes and new friends.
He is a forward ride while being snaffle mouth and very safe, equally he will go behind in groups, but he is a TB so experienced homes only please, he’s not a first time horse. Suit lightweight rider.
He will be going to do some pole work and pleasure rides and continuing his work whilst this ad is live.
