Lady by name, Lady by nature. This mare is a real people horse, loves being groomed, cuddled and generally following you around the field like a dog.

Perfect low level all-rounder. I have been out of riding for 10 years but have been hacking her alone all around the country lanes on the buckle. She would benefit from going in company for the first few rides to give her confidence in the routes.

She has done pleasure rides, beach rides, jumped up to 90cm (although not with me) and is a real pleasure to have on the yard. She will happily share a hay net with my other mare and I’ve even caught them drinking from the same bucket.

No vices, lumps or bumps. She is currently barefoot as I can’t ride at the moment but was cold shod on the fronts when in work. We lost my old mare at the beginning of May so I can no longer take her away from my 2yr old, hence the decision to move abroad and sell both mares.

I have never loaded her but she came over from Ireland to me, unloaded and went straight out and ate grass. No dramas. Let me go straight over to her and groom her in the field. She really is a very sweet, unfussy mare.

I have a Heather Moffat Flexee and Sabre bridle included in the sale. Along with her lightweight rug which is all she’s ever needed just to keep the rain off.

I have a passed 5* vetting certificate if any prospective buyers want to see it.

This isn’t easy for me but I would love for her to go to a home where she can be ridden and enjoyed. The two must leave on the same day – they are my priority so if you are in a rush or can’t understand this then you are probably not the right person for her.
