I was terribly stressed about selling our family horse, it had been a very difficult decision to make and I had so many fears about him falling into the wrong hands or ending up being passed around (at age 17 he had only ever known 2 homes in his life). Having seen Right Horse Right Home advertised on FB, I decided to give it a try for a month. It’s such a brilliant concept and I think the fact that potential buyers have to pay a small fee to register and “apply” for the advertised horses means that they tend to be genuine people who have given a great deal of consideration to the type of horse they are looking for and the sort of home they can offer.I wrote a very long, detailed and extremely honest advert about my horse and the sort of home I was seeking for him. I was delighted to very quickly receive excellent applications for him. All the applications met my criteria for the type of homes I would consider and all of them were extremely polite and sincere in our communications and most importantly had read the advert!! RHRH were in regular contact with me throughout and I felt extremely supported by them and very safe knowing that no one had access to my personal contact information unless I made contact with them first after reviewing their application. I’m delighted to report that my horse found his absolute dream home and owner at his first viewing. His new owner has already sent me lots of photos and messages to let me know how he is settling in and I couldn’t be happier for them both.RHRH was an absolute godsend for taking so much of the stress and worry out of selling a beloved horse. I would 100% recommend!

The whole process is fantastic. It was a super hard decision to part with my pony, worrying I wouldn't find the right home. Rebecca is super helpful and we found an amazing family for him. I would highly recommend to anyone facing a tough decision.

First time user and I’ve been amazed by how quickly our gorgeous mare was sold. Very unique idea, we were able to vet potential buyers and final the perfect home for her within a week. Rebecca was on hand to help with any questions and was very helpful.

This was the first time I have used Right horse Right home. Having been completely fed up of time wasters and unsuitable folks coming for viewings . I sold the horse straight away despite lots of interest from suitable buyers . First class service that gets the right person for your horse .Thank you I would not hesitate to use your site again . We thought we were asking for the impossible - a forever home for both our ponies together. With the ad going up in November, we thought there would be a one in a million chance, but for their sake, we wanted to give it a go.To our astonishment, within days the ad generated a number of responses, and we were blessed to find Rosemary. A few days later, she met the ponies, loved them and before we knew it, they were being loaded and taken to the dream home I thought it would be impossible to find.From the beginning Rebecca was in touch letting us know when people had put an application in, and offering advice and support. I can’t recommend our RHRH experience highly enough. Truly an example that there is a platform to help you find your right horse or your much loved horse find its right home.

Rebecca and the team at Right Horse Right Home have been absolute stars in helping us find a loan home for our gorgeous mare. It was never going to be an easy task for us as our horse had some navicular issues but after a year of not really knowing how to tackle the problem we came across RHRH and within two weeks of placing our advert we have successfully found our pony a fabulous new home. Rebecca was there to hold our hand throughout the process, we had several wonderful applicants and found ourselves spoilt for choice. They even assisted us with a loan agreement. Thank you so much for making a difficult and emotional time so much easier. We really appreciate your support and would not hesitate in coming to you again in the future.

This platform has been an absolute game changer for selling my mare. I was so worried about potential buyers and making sure I was finding her the best home possible. I love that the potential buyers write their needs and what they have to offer the horse as it does make for a nice easy transparent process. I had 9 applications for my horse who sold in under a week to a wonderful lady, however all applicants were lovely people, happy to talk for ages over the phone and I really felt they were all genuine. This is because both seller and buyer have to invest a small amount to use this platform which is perfect as it does eliminate dishonest sellers and buyers. I would highly recommended RHRH and I would always use them again to buy and sell!!

I recently put my horse up for loan due to me going to university. After a scary few weeks wondering whether I would even find anyone for my horse, Rebecca was just incredible, helping me find the perfect home for my boy. I would recommend RHRH to anybody looking for a genuine home for their horse. Becca offers a personal service, very quick to reply to any queries I have had. RHRH is not like other websites, the horses are treated as individuals rather than a number on an ad list. You can sort through applicants to find the very best fit for your horse.

Fantastic website and service. It was a hard decision to sell my horse after 8 years but RHRH made the process so much easier presenting me with genuinely interested candidates and the perfect home for him. So much better than the other sites! Highly recommend!

Rebecca was very helpful and offered great advice while I have been looking to lease out my lovely pony. The process feels safe as only this individuals who are serious tend to submit an application.I would not hesitate to use Right Horse Right Home again if I needed to.

This has been my first experience using a service like this and I have to say I was very impressed. Rebecca has been amazing and kept me updated regarding my application.The process was super easy and gave me a sense of security knowing that the owner of the horse I was applying for really cared about the horses welfare and wanted the best home for him and it wasnt a first come first served basis for the sale.I would highly recommend using tgis service for both buying and selling your horse and will definitely pass on their information to anyone I know who is looking for a horse.

I sold my pony within a week on RHRH with no silly messages or unsuitable purchasers. Their application system makes it very easy to see who would be suitable for your pony without having to do all the phoning and chasing! Very impressed with the quick and friendly service uploading the advert and videos too. I will 100% be using their services in the future!

I would highly recommend using RHRH to find your next equine partner. I found the adverts refreshingly detailed and honest. I only applied for one horse and was impressed with the speed with which the owner came back to me. After a number of lengthy conversations with the owner I went to view the horse and he was exactly as described and I agreed to buy him. The website makes the buying and selling of horses far more straightforward as it seems to weed out dodgy sellers and timewasting buyers.

Trying to find the right horse for me & my daughter to share has been a minefield - involving a lot of research over many months, many phone conversations, and viewings around the country! I tried different sites, but we found our dream pony Teddy on Right Horse Right Home. It worked the best because we, as prospective purchasers, had to write a submission that showed Teddy's owner that we were serious and were going to look after him with love and care. This meant she was able to pick us from the many enquiries she got. We could also buy with confidence as we knew by being on this site she was a genuine owner selling her own horse.

Whilst finding the right horse is a challenge in itself, it mattered to me that the seller's really cared about finding the right home too. 'Applying' for a horse may seem slightly odd at first with so many websites where the seller's contact details are immediately available, but it gives purchasers/loanees the opportunity to set out clearly what they offer and sellers/loaners the space to carefully review. Rebecca was very attentive and responsive throughout. I found absolutely the right horse from a very caring family, and I know the experience was equally as positive for them.

I am so grateful that a friend mentioned this website to me. This is by far the best way to sell a horse if you are looking for the very best home for it. With RHRH you don’t get the time wasters or random messages that you get with other websites. Selling my horse was such a difficult thing for me to do and RHRH made it that litttle bit easier for me. Absolutely fantastic website! Very easy and clear to use.The fact that the horses listed are advertised clearly, with honest descriptions makes the whole buying process a lot easier.As a buyer I didn’t mind paying the small subscription fee to apply for a horse, I feel this shows sellers that the people applying are actually serious.I was lucky enough to find my perfect horse via RHRH and I’m looking forward to many happy years with him.10/10 would absolutely use again if I ever find myself on the market again and will be recommending to anyone on the market for a new horse.
