This beautiful mare definitely lives up to her breeding, she is very talented and has a lot to give. With her stunning elastic paces and can do attitude she is the ultimate all rounder. She’s a very comfortable ride, lovely in the contact and forward going. Goldy is bold and not at all strong or spooky.

As a clever mare she goes her best with varied work. Currently hacking frequently on the Forest so used to traffic in the form of vehicles and free roaming animals as well as regular schooling, pole, showjumping and cross country clinics. We’ve done various stay away camps over the years which she’s excelled at and is more than happy to be in a different environment with new friends. Dressage work is at a Novice/Elementary standard and she could go straight out to compete at BD with pleasing results, there is lot of potential for her to continue to work through the levels. We’ve regularly jumped 80/90cm show jumping and XC. I’m sure she has scope for more height, but I don’t!

She’s a very lovable, affectionate, easy mare, happy with mares and geldings as company, but equally can be turned out alone. Easy to handle, load etc and a good doer. She is used to living out 24/7 all year round but can adapt to stabling. Great feet, can be shod or barefoot depending on terrain and workload. Very occasional playful sit-able buck in over excitement during fast group hacking.

Perfect for an experienced rider who would like a head turning established horse with presence, ready to go out and about for fun or to compete and plenty of ability to progress further.
