Margo is a lovely 14.3hh Connemara x Irish Draught bay mare, just turned 5 years old. She was backed by myself early last year and has since been slowly and correctly started.

Margo has established the basics in walk, trot and canter, has been popping small jumps and has also done pole work. She has hacked alone and in company (although not recently), has been shown in hand, and has also travelled for arena hire, where she behaved well.
She loves attention and is very affectionate .

Margo can be reactive when mounting and does not cope very well with change initially. However, once she has settled and built a relationship, she becomes very sweet and willing. She will thrive with someone patient and experienced who is happy to take their time and continue her education.

Margo is looking for her perfect long-term partner. While she is not available for loan, I would like any serious potential buyers to come and ride her several times before a decision is made. This is important to ensure the right match for both Margo and her future rider. I’m in no rush — finding the best home is my priority.
