Horse Details

Sad sale due to 16 year old daughter giving up.
Trudy is an old fashioned type Irish sports horse with plenty of bone and a solid temperament to match.
She had primarily hunted (in Ireland) but has show jumped and is a nice allrounder.

She is a straightforward ride in the arena and is responsive, nicely forward and has smooth transitions. She schools nicely on the flat and we are working on a consistent contact and teaching her lateral work, she is light in the hands and not strong.
She is clever and with every ride she is becoming better.

She is currently being ridden by my 16 year old daughter and has attended pc rallies and arena hires.
Trudy is a point and shoot jumper, very bold/brave to a fence and she really enjoys her jumping, and again is improving with every jump lesson. Trudy hacks out best in company, she is great on roads with traffic etc but on her own needs a confident rider as she will try and nap for home and you have to reassure her but in company she is great, probably stems from being on the hunt field always used to company.
She is good to handle, load, lunge etc

I feel she would excel in an eventing or team chasing home as she loves her jumping work.
Equally she would suit an allrounder RC home.
She will excel further with a confident rider wanting to have some fun with her.
Good to stable in winter currently out 24/7

Serious enquiries only and no novices, she is a mare that has an opinion and needs to further her education.
We have no school at home but for serious interest we can hire the school down the road if needed but I will not be letting just anyone have her, I need to find a perfect home for this sweet girl.
