Daffy is a forward green mare, not suitable for a novice or small child.

Would suit a small adult/teen or older child with a knowledgeable horsey parent/set up.

She needs confidence/reassurance from her rider but is really game and enjoys being in a consistent routine (ideally ridden 3 times a week or more)

Currently ridden by a 12 year old girl, we’ve taken her out to do dressage and she enjoyed it and gave it a good go. Enjoys hacking, better with company/in a group. But doesn’t mind where she goes in the ride – prefers to go behind at a push.

Pops a jump, haven’t done much of this with her but she has a lovely little pop and has never refused anything- prefers to give it a bit of room (see loose schooling pictures)

Comes with her tack (brand new fitted to her Cavaletti saddle) and outdoor rug.

Loads and travels well in a trailer or lorry, has been to the beach and swam in the sea (previous home)

Not a cuddly mare but not marish either.

I bought her for my 10 year old daughter 6 months ago but they haven’t bonded, my daughter is a nervous rider and the two of them don’t gel for this reason we are wanting to find this lovely pony her ‘person’.
