Sadie – Lovely cob type Mare with Potential
Once again, I have bought a horse that unfortunately isn’t compatible with me due to my age and ability.
Sadie is a lovely, green mare who has so much potential in the right hands. She is willing, genuine and really tries to please.
She hacks out both in front and behind and is sensible and happy to get out and about. In the school, she is popping a cross pole and is showing plenty of promise.
The only issue I have found with Sadie is that she tenses when being mounted. She doesn’t do anything nasty or dangerous, and within three strides of walking, she has completely forgotten about it and settles back into work.
I feel Sadie would be best suited to someone with more experience who can continue her education and bring out her full potential.
Happy to consider a swap for a genuine teenage hunter that would be suitable for an older lady.
