15hh Connemara x TB Gelding.
14 years old.
Perfect young confident adults or teenagers horse, No novices.
Barry hacks alone and in company all day long.
He is perfect in open spaces, more push then pull.
Amazing in traffic, around Farm machinery and livestock. (lives and rides through a busy working farm).
Barry has good manners on the ground, perfect to shoe (currently hot shod), Clip and Dentist.
Very affectionate and loves a fuss.
Barry has three balanced paces in the school, but requires a confident rider as he can sometimes put in a buck.
He especially enjoys his jumping, attending a Clear round training show, countless arena hires and Arena Eventing hires, proving he can do solid fences as well as pole and planks.
Barry is confident jumping 70/80cm, with plenty of scope to go a lot higher. He never refuses a fence.
He has proven very successful in showing, In-hand and Ridden. Being placed multiple times and also being a Reserve Champion.
He travels very well in either a trailer or lorry.
Barry is in a stable & turnout routine at the moment but he has however lived out in the past.
